season?
The answers mean different things to different property owners....... A great majority - perhaps up to 60% of Midland - is wetland, and you may have wetlands on your property. If so, property tax reductions and/or other compensation options are available to you through a number of Pierce County agencies and departments. Do you have plans to build on your property now or in the future? If so, a determination of wetlands presence must be done at the time of application to build--which can be very costly for the land owner and can delay the application processing time substantially.
